Cops come to rescue of our ill co-worker

Friday, December 3, 2010

We publicly extend our thanks and gratitude to Police Officers Bernard and Mohammed of the Traffic Management Branch. One of our co-workers fell seriously ill on December 1, and on the way to seek medical care we encountered traffic. Officers Bernard and Mohammed were nearby and, upon hearing our plea for assistance, without question began clearing the way for us. Our co-worker is thankfully recovering. One note though: Fellow motorists, it may be a pain to stop or move out of the way when you hear a police siren, but please do, you may be helping to save a life.
